The Text Chat Live feature enables customers to initiate a live chat session with one of our product specialists. Once connected you can chat through text facilities by asking questions, which will be answered by our product specialists. In addition, we can also guide you to supporting web pages relating to your questions.

The operational hours for this service are:
9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday (Excluding Bank holidays)
9am - 5pm Friday (Excluding Bank holidays)

Open Text Chat Live Session
PLEASE NOTE: For quality control and training purposes the "Text Chat Live" session will be recorded by Merlin Information System Limited on behalf of THUS plc. The "Text Chat Live" conversations will be stored for a period of three months. Your use of the "Text Chat Live" function indicates your acceptance of these conditions.
