How to setup and connect to Windows 98 Dual Bonding

To set up dual bonding follow the steps below.

Click the Start button then click Run.

In the Run dialogue box, type inetwiz.

An Internet connection Wizard dialogue box will appear.
Select Connect using my phone line. Click Next.

Select your ISDN modem or terminal adapter.

Enter the Surftime dual bonded number. Click Next.

Standard Dial-up (SDU) and Premier Connect Plus customers insert
the lo-call number 0845 212 0665 as shown in the screenshot above.
Business ISDN customers can get Midband without call charges by
using 0844 041 6677 and following instructions for 100% SurfTime
discounts

Enter your hostname in the username field. In the Password field,
enter your logon password.

Name the connection, something on the lines of ISDN dual bonded.

When prompted to setup a new email account, click No.

Click on Finish to continue.

On the Desktop, double click on My Computer.

Double click on Dial-up Networking.

Right click (using the right mouse button) on the new Dial-up
Connection and select Properties.

Click the Multi-link tab, select Use additional devices, then click Add.

Select your ISDN device in the Device name field, and ensure that
the dual bonded number is in the phone number field. Click Ok.

You should now see your additional channel/device and phone number
displayed in the box. Click Ok to continue.

In Dial-up Networking your dual bonded connection is complete
and ready to connect.
