Registering domains Terms and Conditions

THUS plc acts as your representative to register your request for domain name registrations with the relevant domain name registry ("the Named Registry"), in accordance with the naming policies of the Named Registry. We deal with the Named Registry on your behalf throughout the duration of your Service.

By requesting registration of a domain name through THUS plc, you agree to accept Our Registration Service Terms and Conditions (http://www.demon.net/helpdesk/producthelp/tandc/domains/) and the relevant terms and conditions of the Named Registry for your domain name.

When we register your domain name with the Named Registry, a record of registration will be available to the public on the register maintained by the Named Registry.
