Support Boundaries In order to assist you to understand the levels of support provided for RSL HomeOffice, we have outlined the specific areas of support below. In summary: We will support your RSL HomeOffice connection to the Internet and provide you with all the relevant settings. If you have purchased your equipment from us, it will be delivered to you pre-configured (USB devices will require driver installation). If you have purchased your equipment from another supplier, we will provide you with generic advice, however you will need to refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer for further assistance.
* Access to our top 2Mbps connection (maximum speed) is dependent on the proximity of your telephone connection to the BT exchange. In some areas only 1Mbps or 500kbps connections may be available. |
