Managed Router Configuration Changes The following list represents the changes that are available for the managed router service. Customers will be restricted to two configuration changes per month where necessary.
You should provide the Customer Support Centre (CSC), available on 0845 272 0041, with the following details in order to proceed with the required change:
Thereafter the CSC will require you to follow up the call with an email to: changerequest@demon.net detail the configuration changes required. THUS will not be held responsible for any configuration errors carried out due to customer inaccuracies on the email request. |
