Connection username	As specified in your welcome pack, e.g. demonhostname@anchor-r26a.demonadsl.co.uk
Connection password	As specified on your order form, or if you are upgrading from a dialup, your password will be set when you convert your hostname
Pop3 password	Not required for connection, however please visit http://www.password.uk.demon.net to set a password to access your email from a non demon account or WebMail
