Planned Maintenance - ADSL

We will be performing planned maintenance affecting some ADSL customers as follows:

Friday 2nd September between 07:00 and 08:00 BST

During this period we will be upgrading our network connection to those ADSL customers who are connected by the Home Gateway known as anchor-s12c.

Following the work, customers will connect to a new Home Gateway known as lon1-aj3e Customer log-in details will not be affected.

Customers who connect via the Home Gateway listed above will experience a short outage in their service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this essential work will cause.
