Planned Maintenance - Web Hosting

We will be carrying out planned maintenance as follows:

Between Monday 7th November 22:00 and Tuesday 8th November 02:30 GMT

Between Tuesday 8th November 20:00 and Wednesday 9th November 00:30 GMT

During these periods we will be performing essential maintenance to the platform used to provide the Demon Web Hosting and Demon Web Hosting Advanced shared web hosting services.

On Monday night, customers will be unable to access their control panel. From 00:30 customers websites will be unavailable, a holding page will replace customers websites explaining that the outage is due to Demon performing essential maintenance. Normal service will be resumed at 02.30 GMT.

On Tuesday night, customers will be unable to access their control panel. Customers websites will be unaffected.

Customers with Homepages, WWW, Diva, Web Classic or Showroom hosting services will be unaffected by this maintenance.
