Text Chat

You may recall we have recently been offering a Text Chat Service as part of our customer support facilities.

As a result of customer feedback we have made some changes which we believe will improve the service. These include:

A better, more practical layout
The ability to print the conversation, even after disconnection
Links to the status and Helpdesk pages of the website
A help menu
Support for a wider range of web browsers

We encourage customers to use the Text Chat service when they need support. The feedback section has also been improved and we would like to hear your comments on the service so we can continue to make improvements.

The hours of operation are:

Customer Services: 08:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday
Technical Support: 24 hours a day

PLEASE NOTE: For quality control and training purposes the 'Text Chat Live' session will be recorded by Merlin Information Systems Limited on behalf of Thus plc. The 'Text Chat Live' conversations will be stored for a period of three months. Your use of the 'Text Chat Live' function indicates your acceptance of these conditions.
