We will be upgrading our Ecommerce Service during the weekend of June 30th - July 1st.

As part of this upgrade we will be updating the current ShopSite software to version 8.3 which supports 3D Secure and will be required for the Visa and Mastercard Payment Authentication Initiative. This will also allow customers to accept Maestro card payments from 30th June 2007.

ShopSite 3D will allow customers to:

Quickly set up an online store using ShopSite's intuitive interface.
Easily add a secure shopping cart to an existing web site.
Accept credit cards through major payment gateways.
Administer their online store with no software to download.
Create a successful online store with effective merchandising and a unique look and feel for your shopping cart

As part of the migration process, we will migrate customers' product catalogues and offer our customers the ability to sign up to 3D Secure, the Visa and Mastercard payment authentication initiatives, which will also allow customers to accept Maestro card payments.

We recommend you contact NetBanx directly to arrange your 3D Secure integration; it is available to all NetBanx merchants and is easy to set up.

The upgraded service is a cost option on Demon Web Hosting (Standard, Advanced and Professional products), Commercial Web (UK Upload) and Web Hosting services.
