Overview

Demon Voice for business is a Carrier Pre-Selection service (CPS). It is a high-quality phone service that enables you to make calls over our modern network. Switching to Demon Voice is completely transparent to the customer. We simply instruct BT to route your calls across our network and there is no need for you to do anything. You won’t have to install any additional routing equipment and all your numbers will remain the same.

Demon Voice is ideally suited to small to medium-sized businesses and our competitive tariff means you could start to enjoy savings almost straight away. In order to take advantage of our competitive business tariff, you need to spend over £75 per month on calls. If your monthly call charges fall below £75, you will incur a £6 surcharge in your subsequent month's invoice. The Demon Voice tariff has no hidden ‘minimum call charge’ or ‘set-up charges’ – you only pay for talk time.

Demon Voice is only available to customers with BT lines.



Features

  • With Demon Voice you use your existing analogue or ISDN line from BT to connect to our network and benefit from cost savings.
  • Simple and straightforward tariff with no hidden costs – no minimum call charges or call set-up charges.
  • Competitive off peak and weekend rates.
  • Online billing accessed via a unique user name and password. e-billing can store up to 12 months of invoices. There is also the opportunity to download calls in CSV format, allowing self-analysis of usage and costs.
  • Ability to opt (for an additional small cost per month) for the advanced e-reporting and e-analysis functionality which enables you to interrogate and analysis your call data in greater detail.
  • Direct debit method of payment only – this means a quick, convenient and easy way to pay.
  • BT features such as 1471, 141 and Call Diversion can still be used as normal.

Making the move to Demon Voice couldn't be simpler.

Please make sure you have read and accepted the terms and conditions before you order.

If you wish to purchase Demon Voice for more than 12 analogue lines or multiple office locations please contact our product specialists on the above number.

The order process should take around 10-15 working days to complete.  During this time you will receive a welcome letter from Demon informing you of your ‘service live’ date – which simply means the date all your calls will start to go over our network. You will still receive a BT bill for your line rental each month and any other BT chargeable features.

Checker:
  •  I have a BT line.
  •  I do not have Centrex-based lines (Featureline or Featurenet).
  •  I live in England, Wales or Scotland (unfortunately this service is not available in Northern Ireland).
  •  I do not use meter pulses.
  •  I do not have ‘Internet for schools’ package.
