How much bandwidth do I get?

The DVS500 web hosting solution comes with 15GB per month of data transfer.

If you exceed your monthly bandwidth quota you will be required to either purchase an additional DVS500 to share the load or simply upgrade to a DVS1000, DVS2000 or higher value hosting solution. Until such time as you make this choice it will be necessary to charge your account for any excess bandwidth at current published prices.

Customers of the DVS product portfolio can log and track technical issues via our Online Helpdesk, within your Control Centre.

Helpdesk

The Helpdesk is a secure, authenticated gateway for two way communication with our staff for all aspects of your account. Not just a support tracking system to submit your technical problems for advice and resolution, the Helpdesk also provides a swift and efficient communication channel with our Billing and Sales departments. Please note that all communications using this interface are transmitted across an SSL secure connection to ensure your privacy.
