Service Plus Team

If you have enquires regarding DNS amendments, Domain & Hosting orders or Maildefender orders and support please contact the Service Plus Team on 0845 272 2007. Alternatively please email serviceplus@demon.net. The team are available Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30.

For requests for DNS amendments please fax a signed authorisation on company letterhead detailing the changes required and stating the domain name; to 0845 270 0043. Your fax will be actioned within 24 working hours.


Hostmasters

For customer queries regarding DNS, RIPE and Domain Hosting please email hostmaster@demon.net. Your email will be responded to within 24 hours during normal office hours. For changes to the RIPE and whois databases, as well as any DNS amendments, please send signed authorisation for the changes on company letterhead either as an emailed PDF document or by fax to 0845 270 0043
