THUS completes sale of Contact Centre business to RHL THUS Group plc announces that it has completed the sale of its Contact Centre business to Response Handling Limited (RHL) as expected. The sale, which was announced on 9 July 2004, was completed following a period of employee consultation. As previously announced, the value of this transaction to THUS is approximately £4 million.
