THUS helps Kwik-fit insurance services manage peaks in telesales campaigns THUS plc, one of the UK's leading providers of voice, networking, Internet and contact centre services, today announced that it has been selected by its existing voice customer Kwik-Fit Insurance Services (KFIS) to reinforce its sales activity though providing an insourced telesales solution for its Uddingston call centre in Scotland. THUS was chosen because of its ability to balance KFIS's requirement for both service excellence and enhanced operational efficiency, as well as its experience of successfully delivering insourced solutions for blue chip brands including ScottishPower and Compaq. KFIS's Uddingston call centre which employs 800 agents has recently received a number of awards for its customer relationship management and training needed to be able to service all its customers during its busiest periods. To fill this gap, THUS will provide a team of telesales agents for KFIS recruited from outside the Uddingston catchment area. THUS will take full responsibility for their training and day-to-day management as well as the logistics involved in getting staff to and from the Uddingston site. "This is a firm endorsement of THUS's strategy to provide service excellence in both outsourced and insourced contact centre solutions, "said Gillian Campbell, Head of Contact Centre Services at THUS. "THUS is delighted to extend its relationship with KFIS and we believe that our philosophy of high industry standards and best practice will deliver Kwik Fit with significant efficiencies and service benefits." &We were impressed with THUS's proven track record of delivering quality insourced contact centre solutions, " said Alan Brown, Sales Director, KFIS. "We have set ourselves the demanding target of ensuring we have the highest quality staff available. We required an insource provider that shared our ambitious standards and had the management expertise to ensure they delivered. THUS was ahead of its competitors in all departments." |
