Please be aware that this check will only advise which broadband services are available for this telephone number. The checker will not indicate whether there are any existing broadband services already in place.
Please note that if the customer has incompatible products on this line, which can include, but are not limited to, BT Highway, PBX lines, Red Care, BT Video, BT Datastream and coin box operated phones, then the customer will not be able to receive a broadband connection until this has been removed / discontinued. If the customer does not wish to remove these services from this line then a more suitable line number will be required. If the customer has ISDN on this line they will still be able to receive ADSL services; however you must inform us of the presence of ISDN on the line at the time of order, so that we can make arrangements for an engineer to visit the premises and convert the line to one able to receive ADSL. Failure to notify us of the presence of ISDN on a line is likely to delay the provision of the service.
